Nagamani continues, “We both planned to celebrate the day by going for a movie but I wanted it to be memorable for us. So, I decided to decorate the whole house before he comes back from work. Those endeavors withered away when I saw his eyebrows rise with wonderment.” Isn’t it romantic when your spouse puts in so much efforts just to make you happy?

The couple also shares memories from their honeymoon. Venu begins, “It was a one week trip to Kerala. We had so much fun there by visiting many places and admiring the beauty of nature. I surprised her by decorating the room with flowers and candles.” Nagamani smiles for a moment and adds, “I did not expect this from him. I was spellbound when I saw the whole decoration.”  

Nagamani shares some moments from their wedding day. She says, “It was a memorable and an emotional day for both of us. I went blank for a couple of seconds when he tied the knot but it was definitely the best moment of my life. I realized I am married and that was such a beautiful feeling. I was so happy that I married my soulmate and was excited to begin life with him.”

I then ask about their wedding preparation, for which Nagamani says, “We shopped everything in Bangalore. It was only me and him. We both took care of the whole wedding shopping. We even selected wedding dresses for each other. This gave us time to know about each other’s likes and dislikes.”

Coming to the end of the conversation, I put forth a question to Venu to tell something about Nagamani, to which he says, “She is a calm and humble person. The way she takes up responsibilities amazes me. Before meeting her, I was sceptical about marriage but my whole perspective changed after that. I feel content being around her and she is the one person with whom I can share everything. I thank TeluguMatrimony for helping me find my soulmate.”
